Founder and CEO
Dr. Christy Irvin is the founder of T-Cubed Education Solutions, LLC, partnering with schools and districts to strengthen instruction through innovative tools, targeted professional learning, and sustainable systems change. A U.S. Air Force veteran and educator with 30+ years of experience, Christy brings deep expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and educator support.
Dr. Irvin retired from Channelview ISD after serving as a teacher and Coordinator of Science and Innovative Programs, where she led districtwide efforts in blended learning, differentiated instruction, and pedagogical improvement. She is also the creator of PhenomeNotes™, an inquiry-driven resource that uses real-world phenomena to spark curiosity and deepen student thinking.
Known for turning strategy into classroom impact, Christy helps organizations build strong instructional systems and create meaningful learning experiences that last.


Sandra Burgess,
Co-Founder
With a career grounded in a passion for helping students discover the joy of learning, Sandra Burgess is an accomplished educator, instructional leader, and staff development trainer. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education in Teacher Leadership, credentials that reflect her commitment to both classroom excellence and educational innovation.
Over the years, she has served in a wide range of roles, including elementary and middle school teacher, department head, team leader, and elementary principal. In each position, she has been recognized for her ability to build strong instructional teams, cultivate positive school culture, and design meaningful learning experiences for students and educators alike.
As a staff trainer and presenter, she brings practical expertise, engaging delivery, and a deep understanding of instructional best practices. Her sessions are known for being collaborative, energizing, and grounded in real-world classroom experience.
At the heart of her work is a lifelong love for middle school English. She thrives on helping young adolescents connect with literature, discover their voices as readers and writers, and see themselves reflected in the stories they explore. Her greatest professional joy comes from watching students fall in love with books and with their own potential.
